Mr. Walzs career
Mr. Walz has impressive professional experience of 26 years at the Herbster sleeve factory. In his role, he is primarily responsible for distributing goods to customers. He also takes care of the IT infrastructure and the integration of networks in the company.
Uwe particularly appreciates working with us because of the pleasant and warm interaction with each other. He highlights the social attitude of the bosses, which is characterized by respect - a dynamic that can be felt on both sides. This positive working atmosphere contributes significantly to his well-being and satisfaction with us.

Mr. Joists career
Julian Joist, industrial mechanic in the Herbster Hülsen workshop, is characterized by his diverse skills. In his position he is responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the machines, which includes a wide range of activities. From turning and welding to milling and repairing, he has mastered a comprehensive range of technical skills.
What makes Julian's work special is the opportunity to divide tasks independently. This flexibility allows him to decide which task to start with based on his own priorities. This multifaceted activity not only makes his job challenging, but also gives it a special touch, which is further enhanced by the self-determined work design.

Mr. Seemanns career
Johannes Seemann is an integral part of our team and brings his extensive know-how in the areas of quality assurance, process optimization and the development of the ESP system. His work spans various key areas in which he makes a significant contribution to ensuring the highest standards.
Johannes appreciates the pleasant working atmosphere with us. He feels particularly comfortable in a company where teamwork is very important and there is a family environment.
